Organic Facial

Full of anti-oxidants and using only the highest quality of fresh organic fruits, herbs and spices, our facial treatments address a variety of skin concerns such as dry skin, premature aging, redness, oily or acne-prone skin.

A 1-hour Organic Facial will leave your skin feeling refreshed and looking healthier. When these facials are combined with the daily use of Eminence Organic Skin Care products, clients can begin to improve their skin at a cellular level, allowing for ongoing skin health.

Organic Peel

Reduce signs of aging, hyperpigmentation and sun damage and restore smoothness and skin clarity in a natural way. A 1-hour Organic Peel will remove dead skin cells, stimulate cellular renewal and collagen production. Even after just one treatment, our Organic Peels can expose the smoother, more luminous layer of skin hiding just below the surface.

Chemical Peels

Our Toronto, Ontario practice offers customized chemical skin peels with the use of pharmaceutical-grade products from PCA Skin. Its unique and advanced formations provide potent concentrations with high levels of active ingredients to clinically transform the skin and offer the ultimate in skin rejuvenation. PCA Skin peels provide the ability to customize treatments for each individual client to achieve subtle, gradual or astonishing transformations. Microdermabrasion

As we age, our skin's ability to shed thousands of old, dead skin cells daily and replenish itself with new ones diminishes. This natural deterioration of the regenerative process often results in more conspicuous signs of aging. The skin can develop dark blotches, look dull, become more susceptible to sun damage, and show wrinkles. However, patients coming to our Toronto, Ontario practice can choose to undergo microdermabrasion treatments, which can effectively reduce the prominence of these signs of age. In addition, microdermabrasion can be used to improve rough skin, age spots, and uneven skin pigmentation, as well as blackheads, scars, and even stretch marks. The Microdermabrasion Procedure

During the microdermabrasion treatment, a fine jet of diamond tip crystals is sprayed on the treatment area, which can include the face, neck, and hands. These crystals gently remove the old, dead skin cells from the top layer of the skin and are then sucked away by a finely controlled vacuum. In addition to giving patients smoother, more luminous skin, the microdermabrasion treatment also stimulates the skin's production of collagen, which helps maintain skin elasticity.

Microdermabrasion is safe, gentle, and non-invasive. Patients notice a near-immediate difference in the smoothness, softness, and vibrancy of their skin, and most are able to return to normal activity with little to no downtime. The treatment can be used on patients with skin of any type, tone, and texture. However, the length and number of microdermabrasion sessions will depend on these conditions. In general, we recommend that most patients undergo the treatment every one or two weeks for six to eight sessions.

Photo Facial

At our Toronto, Ontario practice, photo facial treatment is used to treat a number of blemishes and imperfections on the skin. Unlike microdermabrasion treatment, which uses an application of crystals, photo facial treatment uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to improve the skin's appearance. Photo facial treatments can be especially beneficial for patients looking to improve rosacea, sun damage, age spots, large pores, fine lines, and facial veins.

The Photo Facial Procedure

For the photo facial session, the treatment area is exposed to an intense light that delivers a series of gentle pulses. The light penetrates the skin without damaging it and is absorbed by pigmentation or abnormally dilated vessels. Heat from the light damages the vessels or pigmentation enough for the body to begin its natural healing process. Most patients are encouraged to undergo three to five separate photo facial treatment sessions for ideal results. If necessary, patients can schedule once-a-year follow-up treatments as well.
