Born and raised in Toronto, he obtained his B.Sc. at University of Toronto with Honors and then went on to complete Medicine at the University of Toronto with Honors and was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for high class standing. He completed Ophthalmology training at U of T. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has been in private practice for 10 years with an emphasis on Refractive Surgery. He has been trained on a variety of lasers including the Laser Sight, Bausch and Lomb Technolas and now the Visx.
He is a member in numerous professional organizations, including: College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, Canadian Ophthalmological Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, International Society of Refractive Surgery, European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. |
