Eye Treatment
Many people are turning to laser eye surgery. It is one of the most common procedures used to correct vision. Here at Yonge Eglinton Laser we use the LASIK/PRK, the IntraLase laser, Wavefront Technology and Advanced CustomVue Wavefront Technology. Our practice also offers Implantable Contact Lenses (ICLs) to treat severe nearsightedness and farsightedness without the use of a laser. mplantable contact lenses are similar to the intraocular lenses (IOLs) used in cataract surgery.
Our surgeons are all corneal specialists, meaning they are leaders in their field of corneal transplantation and surgery. They help people with clouded corneas through their work at the the Toronto Western Hospital and the Toronto East General Hospital.
