| Experienced Vision Professional Needed! |
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and diligent, professional to be a part of our established Vision Correction centre. The ideal candidate will have experience catering to the discerning customer and offering world class customer service.
In this position you will be responsible for educating potential LASIK patients on their surgical options, assisting in diagnostic testing and running laser equipment (we will train), maintaining close follow up protocols and working with a close team of professionals to achieve the company's long and short term goals. Your duties will be variable day to day and you need to be organized to make sure you follow up with all of your varied tasks. This position requires that you are able to always deliver exceptional customer service under constantly changing conditions.

| Laser Vision Correction Consultant Duties: |
 |
Educate patients on refractive procedures. |
|
Assist patients in obtaining financing |
|
Perform basic diagnostic testing, when needed |
|
Regular follow up with patients with pre-determined marketing program |
|
Maintain patient database with detailed notes and follow through |
|
Assist in maintaining optimum office flow |
|
Assist surgeon as requested |
|
Other duties as requested by management |
|
| Position Requirements: |
|
College Degree a plus |
|
2+ years sales experience |
|
Self Starter |
|
Must be a quick learner |
|
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel |
|
Must type a minimum of 45 wpm |
|
Must be ORGANIZED! |
|
Medical/ophthalmic experience a plus++ |
|
